Introduction
This document explains when and how subscription fees can be refunded. We’ve written it in plain language wherever possible, because policies you can’t understand aren’t much use to anyone. If anything here is unclear, our team is happy to help.
Subscription fees
If you’re not happy within 14 days of starting a paid plan, contact us for a full refund of that period’s subscription fee.
Investments
Money you’ve invested isn’t a fee and isn’t subject to refund — but you can withdraw your funds at any time, subject to normal settlement times.
How to request
Just reach out to our support team with your account details and we’ll handle the rest, usually within a few business days.
